Taoist Tai Chi practice is a moving meditation that reduces stress and helps you find joy. Take control of your health and build resilience physically, mentally and emotionally with Taoist Tai Chi practice.
The course runs weekly for about three months.
All are welcome to come along and give it a go. The first introductory session does not require membership.
Introductory sessions also start at the Mornington Golf Club, 80 Stanley Street, Berhampore: Monday, 5 August, 1-2:30 pm and 7-8:30 pm, and Thursday, 7 August, 7-8 pm .
