This retreat supports you to get in touch with a new sense of your voice - an empowered, embodied voice - which also strengthens and clarifies your inner voice, impacting your vision for your life. Take time and space to tune into this powerful opportunity and all it offers

The Empowering Voice Healing Retreat is open to all women of all levels of confidence and skill - and with any relationship to their voice. The work will support both those who are not confident with their voice and will give new skills and tools to confident singers and speakers.

Empower yourself through exploring deeply uplifting and energizing practices which enable you to connect with your authentic voice in an embodied way!

These powerful and transformative Voice practices will be held within the context of ritual, meditation and profound nature connection - including a healing cacao ceremony. They have a positive effect on the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual senses and are a great stress-relieving energizer!!

There will also be time and space to rest, journal, to be in nature in an unstructured way, and to integrate the powerful energies of the Voice work.

All of this will be taught in a held safely facilitated space by Bryony from Heartsong Healing. Bryony has been working with the Voice and energy in a conscious way for 27 years, after these practices helped her heal from chronic fatigue syndrome in the 1990s.

The restful, nurturing nature of the retreat will include a powerful sauna experience, regular chi gung and energy body practices and a deeply healing yin yoga and breathwork session, led by Bryony's skilled colleague Bianca Begovitch.

This women's retreat will be held at the stunning location of Strathean Retreat Centre in Te Horo on the Kapiti Coast, surrounded by mature trees and with a unique deeply peaceful energy in the grounds, created by generations gathering there for meditation, spiritual and energy practice and healing.
