Join the Friends of the Botanic Garden to look at plants with ancestors that date back to Gondwana, including our beech, kauri, podocarp, protea, tree fern, fuchsia, and myrtle families.
Meet at The Founders' Entrance, Glenmore Street. Cost: $5 (cash only, please).
This is part of the regular walks run by the Friends of the Wellington Botanic Garden, they run twice monthly throughout the year with a different topic every time.
