Mt Albert Tennis Club

Nestled at the top of Mt Albert Shops carpark, is Mt Albert Tennis Club. We pride ourselves in being a community club, with 5 well maintained tennis courts, and a newly resurfaced volley court. Flood lights make it a great place to play evening tennis. During the tennis season Saturday mornings are a hive of activity for kids coaching, along with other coaching times during the week. (See coaching link above). Last season we had 6 teams in the junior interclub. More information in the link above. Tuesday morning veterans tennis is extremely popular. No need to be a club member for this, but $3 entry is required. This runs from 8.30-noon Mid week ladies enjoy a fun filled Wednesday morning of tennis and laughter. Starting at 9.30, and finishing around noon, it is a great chance to catch up and enjoy the game. This season we are starting club night on Thursday evenings, from 11th September. Members can enjoy friendly games from 6.30-9pm. Coaching will be available from 6.30-7.30 pm for those interested- this will commence 2nd October, when daylight savings starts.
