Elim Gallery is run by Joshua Robbins (Bachelor of Fine Arts, Ilam) & Jasmine Robbins (Bachelor of Art History & Marketing, Canterbury).
"We love incredible art and are so excited to be able to showcase some of the best artists in the country at Elim Gallery. Rotorua needs an infusion of creativity from here and abroad and we plan on being a part of the story, believing that Rotorua can, and will be, a creative hub in the central North Island."
Josh and Jaz are high school sweet hearts after meeting at Kings College in Auckland. Very romantic story, but for another time! Because they (and now their three kids) love snowboarding they went to Christchurch for university.
Jasmine studied art history and marketing with the intention of opening up a gallery with Josh who studied fine arts, majoring in sculpture. Josh's paintings and sculptures have always sold well in Queenstown but he looks forward to selling in Rotorua also as he shifts his work north.
