Our Jackson Street studio is in the heart of Petone.
Anahata has a relaxed and calm environment where one can unwind and enjoy the benefits of yoga. Our studio offers a range of classes for all levels. Gentle classes to stronger classes, beginner courses, private yoga therapy sessions, and a weekly class specially designed for pregnancy.
Our fully trained teachers cover all levels of yoga, focusing on traditional yoga with creative flows and a touch of fun. Classes are offered throughout the week and on the weekends. Please view our timetable for more details.
