Shake, shimmy and groove to the soulful rhythms of Africa, learn some traditional and some creative dance choreographies, guided by Moringa Dance director Jenny Bloomfield and accompanied by live drumming with Kubatana led by Simon Elwell.
All Welcome, this class welcomes beginners and experienced dancers of all levels!
Learn something new, make new friends, blow off the cobwebs, unwind and release tension from your week with an epic dance out with live drumming.
We start with a follow the leader warm up, learn a dance, and end in a relaxing stretch so you leave feeling great!
Jenny is also a Dance Movement Therapist (DTAA Prov. Prof) and Dru Yoga Instructor (350 hr) so elements of these modalities are sometimes integrated in the classes where useful.
