Join us for an evening with Diva Q - aka Danielle Bennet, one of the mavericks of the BBQ world, a world class pitmaster who’s breaking down barriers, supporting her community, and inspiring others across the world.
Danielle "Diva Q" Bennett, is passionate about bringing people together through BBQ, a love instilled in her from a young age traveling through the American South with her family.
Diva Q entered the BBQ world through a friend’s request to judge a contest. Today, she is a champion pitmaster with over 400 awards to her name, author of an acclaimed cookbook, and has made a career out of elevating people's eating experience with smoke and fire & connecting people with food: within her local community, for first responders, women and beyond.
Join us for an evening with Diva Q at BBQ HQ. Diva Q will showcase an incredible menu including St Louis BBQ Ribs, Reverse Seared Steak with Compound Butters, Spatchcock Chicken and Grilled Lemonade!
During the 3-hour class she will show you her barbecue mastery and the barbecue backyard skills she has learnt as she has travelled around the world, the Diva Q motto is “life is too short for bad barbecue".
Tickets for this event are $135 per person and spaces are limited so booking is essential.
- Guests are free to arrive at 5:30pm to mingle before starting at 6:00pm
