Nurture Your Spine sessions are therapeutic floor based sessions, inviting a deeper connection and understanding of our bodies. The sessions are breath-led, offered at a slower pace, modified to individual needs and abilities on any day. Suitable for experienced yogi's and anyone new to yoga offering a blend of somatic, yin, and restorative yoga.

These sessions will develop strength and mobility around your Spine, while releasing tension and discomfort throughout the whole back, hips and shoulders.

Encouraging a more somatic style of yoga, with gentle movements that support our joints and muscles. This helps to re-establish the brain to muscle connection, sooth the nervous system while creating new healthier muscular habits. Inviting a more conscious focus on the internal experience of the movements, rather than the external appearance.

The sequences and postures have their own specific beneficial effects for the spine, pelvic and shoulder girdle - when these movements are combined with the conscious direction of the breath and awareness, the benefits are multiplied on all levels.

Each class concludes with a Restorative posture, supported by props and a Relaxation, which is an opportunity for the body and mind to rest and rejuvenate.
Deeply nurturing and healing class for every 'body' to rebalance and restore on all levels, physically, emotionally and mentally.
Suitable for all ages and abilities - no yoga experience is necessary.
