This is an event for the women who are ready to deepen into self-love and their experience of life.

You’ve been feeling the call to put yourself first,
filling up your cup so that you can give from the overflow.

We’ll gather together to celebrate our winter solstice,
the shortest day of the year and the longest night.

You’re both nervous and excited,
on the precipice of nurturing a new version of you coming to life.

Feeling the call to step up to as a leader and role model.

We’ll come into deep listening,
both for ourselves and our kindred.

We’ll conclude our day with lunch,
an opportunity for conversation to flow before a closing circle.

Meditative movement journey to embrace the darkness and shadows coming to the light.

Alongside her is Erin Fairgray a nurturing soul, yogi, healer and owner of Flourish Wellness Studio.

10.30am start, doors open from 10.20am to settle in.
