Swiss-born globetrotter David Brandenberger doesn't have a clue about electrical engineering, solar systems and long-distance cycling, but he does have an idea. A project is born out of this and, unplanned, becomes one of the longest expeditions ever undertaken solo and outside of a race with a solar-powered recumbent Pedelec Trike. 40000 kilometres from Europe to New Zealand with heaps of faith in God and guidance.

The show highlights the adventure from Kyrgyzstan across China and South Korea and around Australia with many detours and excursions. In professional photos, the award-winning photographer tells of the highs and lows of a cyclist's life, why he built himself a third trailer and how to make his way through China without any knowledge of Chinese and with only a 1:2 million scale map of the country. In addition to the highlights, he experienced wonderful encounters with the people and landscapes along the Silk Road and in the Australian outback.

The adventurer not only knows how to present new perspectives photographically, he also captures scenes as sketches in his very special way and underscores the mood with a specially composed soundtrack, including live guitar accompaniment and, of course, live commentary.
Like a mixture of Stevie Ray Vaughan, ZZ Top and Indiana Jones.

Free entry, a donation will be accepted for the charity "Horyzon.ch", which is very close to David Brandenberger's heart.
