XCHC is a charitable trust set up to provide affordable space to emerging creative industries to produce and showcase their work.

XCHC focuses on three areas of operation: production, showcase and public exchange.

XCHC hosts weekly bar nights where tenants or guests showcase their creative works through curating public events.

XCHC leases studio, office and showcase space to the creative industries.

XCHC is established as an experimental platform to bring together architecture, visual arts, performing arts, design, fashion, media and associated creative disciplines.

XCHC collaborates with local and international institutions such as galleries, museums, universities, cultural institutions as well as independent artists and performers.
