Goodheat is a traditional wood-fired sauna at the sea in Nelson, NZ
Located at the Nelson Yacht Club, our cork-clad sauna is steps from the sea allowing for cold plunging in-between each sauna session.
Come celebrate Matariki Friday - Sunday with sauna and cold plunging. Book a spot on the bench before they're all taken.
