Monday Lunchtime Class focuses on Back & Neck Care from the system Yoga in Daily Life are well-known in Europe for assisting in recovery from back pain, poor posture and neck stiffness.
The Wednesday and Friday's lunchtime classes are a great refreshment in the middle of the day, a break you can take from your work to balance yourself and get the energy for the rest of the day.
This 60 minute session is an energising and refreshing experience to carry you through the day and reduce the build up of work-related stress and fatigue.
Suitable for everyone.
