We are excited to introduce weekday yoga classes in our new wellness and events space. Nadine prinsloo brings her expertise in hatha yoga to polynesian spa, offering tailored classes for both beginners and intermediate practitioners.
Join our intermediate-level Hatha yoga class for a journey through intricate postures. Our experienced instructor guides you with detailed demonstrations, focusing on alignment and breath to enhance your practice. From grounding poses to advanced balances and inversions, discover tranquility and strength in every session.
Schedule:
Monday evenings – 5:30 to 6:30 pm
Thursday mornings – 9:30 to 10:30 am
Yoga mats, blocks, straps and bolsters are included in the price. Classes are $25 and pool packages can be added.
