Hospice House Tour

We’re all sold out!! ‼️‼️‼️ However lunch tickets are still available! We have been overwhelmed with ticket sales for this year's Hospice House Tour, and are absolutely thrilled to confirm the tour is now sold out! Because of the location of this year's event (meaning some narrow roads and steeper driveways) it was important to limit our ticket numbers to ensure a safe and relaxing day for everyone. The Hospice House Tour is a biennial event that is run by Whangārei Give For Good (formerly The Girls' Club) to raise funds for the amazing North Haven Hospice in Whangārei. Generous owners of beautiful and inspiring Whangārei homes open their doors for two full days in November for ticket holders to explore. All ticket holders will be sent an itinerary prior to the weekend so you can plan your fun day out :)

The 2024 Hospice House Tour promises something for everyone, giving you exclusive access to a variety of architecturally designed homes, with stunning views along the Tutukākā Coast.

CHANGE TO ONE DAY TICKET SALES
Due to the growing popularity of this event and the fact that our lovely coastal homes often have limited access for multiple vehicles, this year we are selling separate one-day tickets for Saturday and Sunday. Get together with your family and friends, decide on which day suits you best, and book your tickets now!

OUR SCRUMPTIOUS LUNCH OPTION
To top off your wonderful day out, you can also pre-purchase a delicious lunch for just $30! The feedback from our lunches on the last tour was fantastic - you won't be disappointed! And all proceeds from both ticket sales and lunches go directly to North Haven Hospice. Just tick the 'lunch option' when you buy your tickets and make sure the day matches the same day as your ticket.

Lunch includes a delicious home-style Ploughman's box, a cake or slice, water and other goodies. We also offer Ploughman's box as Gluten Free or Vegetarian options (Ploughman's box may contain nuts and/or seeds). The close-off date for purchasing lunches is Wednesday 30th October.

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Please note that children under the age of 13 will not be permitted entry to this event. Due to restricted parking and turning availability at some homes, private buses are not permitted. There is no wheelchair access available and due to the coastal aspect of our tour this year, please wear sturdy shoes and expect a walk to your destination, in some cases it may be lengthy or of a steep gradient.
