Dig in at this fun, free local workshop with Love Food, Hate Waste tutor Amanda.

Learn all the tips and tricks for growing your own microgreens and sprouts at home, and make some tasty snacks to share.

Improve your health by growing quality food at home. Growing and picking your own produce reduces the thousands of half-used, soggy greens going to landfills, including plastic bags! Plus, you save money, and it is better for the environment.

This workshop will help you get started on eating nutrient-dense food and enjoy the health and cost-saving benefits of this for you and your family. We’ll also talk about effective food storage ideas, including how to make food last longer and keep waste out of landfills.

Please note that the content of this workshop is pitched to an adult audience.

Hosted by Amanda and proudly brought to you by EcoMatters, thanks to Auckland Council.
