We will start with a popular mindfulness exercise designed to quickly dial down stress and anxiety in your daily life. Then, we'll explore journalling prompts, techniques, and therapy frameworks to help you get clarity on where you want to focus your energy for 2024. We'll consider all areas of your life, such as your career, relationships, finances, and wellbeing.
