Join us for Red Lotus’ first online menstrual cycle literacy workshop of 2024!
Are you interested in learning more about yourself and the wisdom of your menstrual cycle? If so, then join Red Lotus and other like-minded people in our journey of growth through Menstrual Cycle Awareness (MCA). You're welcome whether you’ve been tracking since your first bleed or it is all a foreign and potentially confronting idea. This workshop will give you the practical and creative knowledge to better understand your cycle as your own unique in-built coach.
What will I learn?
- An overview of menstruality and what it means to live by your cycle
- What your hormones are doing throughout the month
- 3 key maps of cyclical living: the Two Vias, Four Inner Seasons, and Five Chambers of Menstruation
This workshop is a taster into the larger field of menstruality and cyclical living.
What will I leave with?
- An increased understanding of your cycle (phases and hormonal underpinnings)
- Knowledge of the importance of cycle tracking and new personal insights
- Greater connection to yourself by accessing your inner world (through the use of metaphor)
- Practical and creative tools for cycle tracking including motivation to set up a personal sacred space
- Confidence and community to start living in a cyclical way
- A hunger for more MCA and inner knowledge!
Everyone is welcome whatever your cycle as menstruality affects everyone and we recognise the gender diversity within menstrual health. Those who are in their menstruating years (20s - 40s ish) and are moving towards coming off hormonal birth control, or already are, will benefit the most from the content.
Red Lotus workshops will be held online every month on a Thursday evening. If you would prefer to come in person, please search for the Sunday morning workshops. About Red Lotus and Natalie
Red Lotus is part of the conscious menstruality movement promoting feminine spirituality, self-leadership, creative expression and holistic health. Weaving together two approaches from New Zealand - Clean Language and Menstruality - Red Lotus also builds on the pioneering work being done by Red School.
Red Lotus is led by Natalie Clarke, a certified coach who completed Red School's Menstruality Leadership Programme in 2022. With 10 years coaching experience and 7 years of cycle tracking, her passion and knowledge will make for a welcoming and creative shared space.
