A free workshop to learn the traditional art of harakeke (flax weaving) while learning to create your very own kete.
You will learn to weave your own kete under the guidance of Edith Rolls. A kete makes a wonderful gift or sustainable gift wrapping idea, so impress you whānau this Christmas with your new found skills!
These workshops are free, thanks to the support of the Creative Communities Scheme, but bookings are essential as numbers are strictly limited. Register through Eventfinda to secure your space.
