In the immersive setting of the Historical Village, learn about life in the past. Everything was homemade and homegrown and sustainability was a way of life!

Drop in between 11am-3pm to meet historical interpreter Mrs Hallam in the kitchen and churn your own butter to take home. Explore the gardens, play outdoor games or create a leaf silhouette artwork. Make a day of it!

Free with admission to the Village. Admission: adult $15, senior/student $12, child $7. Open 10am-4pm. For more information on visiting please see: https://www.historicalvillage.org.nz/
