Visit our fabulous Wairarapa site (10 mins from Martinborough), gather some botanicals from the distillery garden and make a custom gin.
Our experienced distillery staff will help you create your own recipe, you’ll weigh out the botanicals and distill your very own bottle of gin.
When it’s finished distilling you’ll bottle and label your gin - then just wait patiently for two weeks until it’s ready to drink!
You’ll also be tasting our medal-winning Arrival gins & liqueurs plus new additions to the range.
