Introducing our guest speaker: Di Buchan QSM, JP
It is said the best time to plant a tree is 20 years ago, the second best is now. Di Buchan aspires to and acts on this philosophy as a social and environmental researcher, volunteer and founder of the Di Buchan Environment Trust. Di is also a trustee of Energise Ōtaki and an Honorary Life Member of the Environment Institute of Australia and New Zealand. Come along to hear her experience of working across a variety of community based organisations like Energise Ōtaki, who are ‘powered by a vision of living in a town (and world) where there’s enough good energy for everyone.’
