We will be finding stillness in Yin yoga shapes, which open the bodies meridians or energetic channels and allow fresh qi or energy to move through the body with ease.

Through out the experience you will be introduced to gentle breathing techniques to deepen our body awareness and allowing the healing vibrations of crystal sound bowls to wash through the entire being.

You will need:
- Water
- Optional if you want your own pillow or blanket

I will offer:
- All props, yoga mats, bolsters
- Hand on adjustments (With consent)
