A journey through the senses

We will be finding stillness in Yin yoga shapes, which open the body's energetic channels and allow fresh qi or energy to move through the body with ease.
An intuitive energetic meditation will start the event and during the experience you will be introduced to gentle breathing techniques to deepen your body awareness and enjoy the healing vibrations of crystal sound bowls and other healing instruments to support deep relaxation.

Allow yourself a morning of self-care and deep relaxation for the mind, body and soul.
No prior yoga experience needed!

You will need:
- Water
- Comfy, loose clothes (No yoga attire necessary)

I will offer:
- All props, yoga mats, bolsters
- Warm tea and a light snack
- Hands on adjustments and gentle massage (With consent)

A safe space to drop in and relax with intention.
