The school holidays are here, so bring your tamariki along to the sanctuary for a puppet show performance! Wonder and fun couples with important messages about the world around us in local puppeteer Anna Bailey’s story telling. Bring along a picnic and a rug and make a day of it!

The Penguin and the Sea Monster is a starry eyed story about a little blue penguin who seeks help from the night sky when his friend his captured by a sea monster.

General Admission fees to the sanctuary apply, Zealandia members go free.

If the weather is poor we move indoors to the Visitor Centre foyer.
