Chai finds himself immersed in an impossible, sometimes comical, wrestle with his mind as he attempts to follow his inner voice through the noise and onto stage.

“A riveting, expressive and entertaining heart on the sleeve show” - Daniel Sharp

Murmon, one of Chai’s three inner characters, adds much colour to this one-man show as he tries every tactic to derail the ‘stupendous idea’ of being on stage: “We want to make a fool of ourself on stage, for everybody to see?!” The actor’s laundry is well and truly hung out from the get-go.

This psychological drama is doused with tough lessons, humour, self-reflection, tenderness, and zeal. Chai’s skilful embodiment of the various characters will leave audiences with holograms of a bigger cast.

"The actors physicality is outstanding" - Martina Baanvinger, DramaLab

Based on his true story, everyone will relate to the themes of self-worth, fear, purpose and healing as Chai bravely exposes his inner world, and in doing so shines a light on what it is to be human.

“Courageous, raw, profound, heartbreaking, funny and astounding... a play that prompts self-enquiry” - Tauri Tauri

Tickets available on the door (cash), or here on Eventfinda to be sure.
