Have you ever wondered why New Zealand’s native plants are so different from those in other countries? This walk discusses the history of New Zealand’s geography and how plants have adapted to it.
Meet at the Cable Car Entrance Lookout, Upland Road, Kelburn, for this 90-minute downhill walk. Cost: $5 (cash only, please). Friends of the Wellington Botanic Garden are free.
