Over eight inspiring weeks we shall combine simple laughter and breathing exercises with easy techniques to release stress, regulate our nervous systems and balance our bodies for greater Health & Wellbeing. All fitness levels and ages are welcomed. Come alone or with family and friends, everyone will benefit!

Week one - Coming into body awareness recognising how we feel in our bodies.
Week two - Calming our nervous systems - self regulation and activating our vagus nerves.
Week three - Relaxing into movement - tuning into sensory patterns.
Week four - Releasing tensions and stresses - letting go and making room for healing.
Week five - Connecting to our hearts - embracing curiosity and playfulness.
Week six - Feeling into our Inner Spirit of Joy - understand our True Essence.
Week seven - Enlivening our bodies - increasing our vital energy & immune systems.
Week eight - Celebrating our greater Health & Wellbeing - Yes! Feeling good!
