Hi, my name is Rebecca and I am a certified Yoga teacher and experienced meditation coach. I am excited to share this very practical course which, I hope, will inspire you to take up the life changing practice of meditation. I will be offering this course in a special location! The Rhythm & Rise Yurt in Rapaura. A wonderfully peaceful and uplifting venue to connect, share, learn and grow together.
