International Steak Cookoff BBQ Competition

This will be a truly International Steak Cookoff competition with contestants from Australia and the USA joining many of NZ's Top BBQ elite in a competition for ultimate BBQ Supremacy. Our competition is sponsored by Dead Bird BBQ - DB-180
We have two Steak Cookoff competitions each with a $1000 cash first prize.
For the creative cooks - we have two Ancillary Challenges where the sky is the limit on what will be presented to our judges.

WE WILL BE CLOSING STANLEY STREET TO COMFORTABLY and SAFELY FIT ALL OF THE COMPETITORS and SPECTATORS FOR THIS FESTIVAL EVENT!
You are welcome to come along to watch the competitions throughout the day - Truck Norris Texas BBQ will be on site selling a variety of delicious BBQ food, Chilli Bros and Que will be sampling their awesome Hot Sauces and there will be plenty of opportunity to banter BBQ with competitors once the pressure is off and entries have been submitted to the judges.
