This Masterclass is one not to miss! During this 6 hour class, The Cook Cartel will cover a stack of proteins & multiple cuts of each including Beef, Lamb, Chicken & Pork as well as some specialty products from Black Origin Wagyu, Whitehart Kurobuta & Swift Ribs! Not only looking at the proteins but some awesome sides and condiments to up your BBQ game in both home and competition cooking.
