Cheese Making Workshop (June 2023)

Are you a cheese lover who wants to learn more about the art of cheese-making? Join us at Riverside's upcoming cheese-making workshop, where our expert tutors Tanja and Verena will guide you through the process of making Swiss-style hard cheese and Paneer.

During the two-hour session in Riverside Education's kitchen, you'll have the opportunity to taste some cheese samples and compare them. The goal of the workshop is to empower you and increase your self-sufficiency, so you can confidently follow the recipe in your own kitchen and experiment with other base ingredients to make delicious homemade cheeses.

This semi-hands-on, semi-demonstration session will give you the perfect combination of sitting back to relax and watch and getting right into the action.
