People often attend classes to reduce pain, and improve posture, balance, and breathing. Calms mind and body.
Each week is a new lesson which is both interesting, relaxing, and beneficial.
Awareness through Movement lessons were developed by Israeli scientist Dr. Moshe Feldenkrais in response to his own injuries.
