Each week you will be guided through a mindful exploration of movement. You will develop better body awareness, which will enhance your comfort in your day-to-day life and your exercise or sports activities.
These lessons don't involve stretching or strengthening, rather improving your (often long-standing) postural and movement habits.
This is experiential learning, so you have to do a class to appreciate this Method, which was developed by Dr Moshe Feldenkrais in response to his own injuries, and is now used world-wide.
The teacher, Sue Field, has 25 years experience.
