Newcomers Night is every Thursday and each evening is standalone, so come to one or many! All welcome.
This is the first of three evenings devoted to meditation.
Awareness of the Body.
There are some basic meditation skills that are essential to develop if our meditation practice is to be effective. In this session, we will learn and practice these skills.
Tonight's session focuses on the Body.
Suggested donation / koha $5-$15.
The Wellington Buddhist Centre gives people the tools to work with their minds. Now more than ever, we all need resilience, awareness and positivity.
Teachers give their time freely and many volunteers help keep the Centre running.
