Making Macarons

Selwyn Community Education is based at Selwyn College, Kohimarama, Auckland.

This four hour workshop is available 9am - 1pm on either 3 September or 12 November 2022. Tutor: Oscar Zhou of La Noisette Chocolats and Patisseries.

Take a tour into the world of the macaron.

The popularity of French macarons is sweeping the nation! Delicate and colourful, these little confectionaries will be sure highlights at an afternoon tea or as gifts for friends and family. These little delicacies are very hard to master without the right guidance. Come and learn from an expert.
