A 4-hour workshop that integrates the breath and body.

Learning to use the power of our breath and somatic movement to alter our state, we will focus on some basic techniques to move out of the mind and into the body. From here, we can start to understand the mind-body connection, we can cultivate the daily practices that support the integration of who we truly are. We allow ourselves to no longer be limited by the stories of the mind and we can start to understand what true happiness feels like.

You will leave this workshop with powerful practices that are key to understanding who you truly are.

Over the morning you can expect:

- Deep diving into the Mind/Body connection
- Rewiring our perception of self-limiting beliefs
- How somatic yoga and breath work can help you drop into the body while the breath aids you in the present moment.

This workshop is a collaboration between Ryan Bennett and Nickee Stephenson who are both experienced Yoga & Breathwork facilitators.

Ryan is a Naturopath & Rebirthing Breathwork Facilitator, working with clients to get to the root cause of stress, fatigue & anxiety, so they can thrive inside & out. Nickee is a Vinyasa and Yin yoga teacher and gravitates towards her love of community and connection. She guides people through mind-body experience that is yoga, weaving in Te Ao Māori and Sanskrit into her practice.

During this co-creation of their unique gifts, you will be provided with a safe container for you to freely express yourself and experience the innate power we all hold inside through connecting to your body & breath.

What to bring:
- A yoga mat (essential)
- Blanket
- A journal or writing material
- A water bottle

How to Prepare:
Avoid eating a large meal within a few hours of the experience, and come with an open mind and an open heart, as this is a safe place to connect with yourself and like-minded people.
Arrive at the event by 8:45am so that we can start at 9:00am. Doors will be closed after this time.
Spaces are limited for the event so please book your tickets in advance as there will be no door sales.
