HAA is a series that highlights the physical, mental, emotions/feelings and backlash from 4 strands and 1 'Go-to' of Mental Health (Bipolar, Anxiety, Post-traumatic Stress Disorder, Depression and Suicide) has on our Rangatahi (Youth), YOU and ME.

Highlighting every crevice of darkness and light through movement, bringing forth the beauty and mana (strength) when our Rangatahi (youth) seep into the mindset of 'Mental Health' as a whole.
