People come to Feldenkrais classes for many reasons - to relieve pain and tension, improve posture, feel more comfortable at work (in front of the computer ), to get more in touch with their bodies....
The method is named after its founder, Dr Moshe Feldenkrais (pronounced Fell-den-krice), an Israeli physicist and engineer, who developed the system in response to his own knee injuries.
The first class is free for newcomers - give it a go, it's the only way to find out about it!
