Are you feeling the end-of-year stress? Final exams rattling your brain? Do you want a chance to just chill out, relax, and focus on your mental health?
Well you're in luck! Pop in to Youth Space at Botany Town Centre anytime afterschool from the 26th to the 30th of September for a chance to relax as part of HYC Downtime. We have you covered with a safe and fun place for you to chill out and lots of activities, including sensory arts and crafts, interactive playlists, and writing workshops.
Registrations are not required so just pop in.
