An opportunity for experienced and new meditators to engage with the wonderful frequencies & vibrations of crystal singing bowls. In a busy life, we often just forget to take the time needed in order to rebalance and recenter ourselves. It is so very important to take time out for your well-being. This may be just what your Dr ordered!
Crystal Bowl Sound Immersion - Lie or sit back and immerse yourself in the hypnotic sound of crystal singing bowls. A set of 7 bowls correlating with the main 7 energy centres in the human body.
The pure high frequencies of the bowl resonate with our physical, emotional and energetic bodies, thus assisting with clearing our energy fields and re-balancing our body bringing us back into a state of equilibrium.
Tea/coffee/Herbal will be offered after the Meditation, within the timescale, which is optional for you to decide, depending on your time restraints.
I recommend you bring a pillow/cushion and a blanket for your own comfort. A water bottle for rehydration is a must!
