Hutt Valley Orchestra is presenting a Christmas concert of orchestral pieces and also featuring the Seraphim Choir from Chilton Saint James School.
Included are Tchaikovsky's stirring "Marche Slave" and the much-loved "Nutcracker Suite". We travel back in time for Vivaldi's "Concerto in A minor" for two violins and the "Fantasia on Greensleeves" before the more recent "Selections from Harry Potter". Christmas medleys and Carols including "O Holy Night" and Rutter's "Angels' Carol" set the scene for the festive season.
