Join Centergy® instructor and artist Janna Van Hasselt for this special off-site class, held at The Dowse Art Museum.

This private group class will be held within Chromaflage, Janna’s all-encompassing optical experience in which the entire wallspace of the gallery is occupied with a rainbow of painted marks and glossy porcelain forms that coalesce against a fluorescent orange backdrop.

Presented in partnership with CityFitness, Janna will lead participants through an invigorating 60-minute journey of yoga and Pilates movements enabling you to centre your energy, reduce stress and even smile.
