Every group workout is a full body strength and muscle building routine targeting each of the major muscle groups in the body. You can go as hard as you like, but muscle and strength growth really do come from pushing your limit, whatever that is for you as an individual.

Anybody welcome, the routine caters to the entire range of fitness from beginner to advanced with weights that can be adjusted and exercises that can be modified. However, if you have severe mobility restrictions, the group class may not suit.

You will want to bring water and comfortable clothing, as well as maybe your own mat if you’d like to avoid getting dirty.

Classes are on whether it’s a beautiful sunny day, or the worst storm we’ve ever had, if you want to work out I can be there… In fact, some of those storms are the best workouts.
