Booty and the Beats, Silent Disco Bootcamp

COME FOR THE WORKOUT, STAY FOR THE PARTY!

These boot camps are fun, designed for all fitness levels, and come with a Silent Disco Headset so you can boogie while you break a sweat! There is room for up to 30 participants.

With the support of the Upper Harbour Local Board and Community Waitakere, we are bringing you a FREE, unique fitness class.

There will be lawn games and extra headsets available for parents who wish to bring their kids.
Make sure to bring your own water and mat, and we'll provide the rest.
