This workshop is available on either 2 April, 19 June, 28 August, 3 September, 29 October and 12 November 2022. Each workshop runs 10am - 4pm.

Through a combination of online learning and hands-on practice, learn about espresso and learn to make popular espresso coffees. A course fee subsidy applies for permanent residents of NZ (conditions apply).

- Processing and roasting coffee beans
- Storing coffee beans
- Anatomy of a coffee machine
- Grinding and dosing espresso coffee
- Extracting the perfect espresso shot
- Understanding the different types of milk
- Stretching and texturing milk
- Splitting milk
- Pouring milk to make espresso drinks
- Top tips for espresso coffee service
- Cleaning an espresso machine

You'll learn about different espresso coffee drinks and how to make a wide variety of coffees.
