Get ready to be acquainted with brave Icelandic women on the autistic spectrum that are changing the world.
Seeing the Unseen directed by Bjarney Lúðvíksdóttir and Kristján Kristjánsson is a documentary exploring the role that autism plays in the lives of 17 Icelandic women and asking why autistic women and girls have remained invisible in society for so long. This film seeks to reveal what has been unseen, misunderstood, and mislabeled for so long.
This special quiet screening is brought to the community in support of our iNDx exhibition on display in our Beautiful Science Gallery. INDx showcases the amazing depth of artistic talent in both the local and the wider autistic community.
