Welcome to our Friday Somatic Series for experimental movement!
In our weekly sessions we'll explore mind-body connections, experience our bodies in relationship to others and the space by using different approaches from Contact Improvisation (CI)*, Contemporary Dance and Somatics.

* CI is an improvised form of dance based on shared weight and touch. It's about exploring the infinite possibilities of movement of two or more bodies in communication with each other.
