About the course:
At present our mind has the nature of movement. This means that we flit from one thought to the next without control. This state of inner turbulence is the basis of our anxiety and stress and makes our inner world cluttered, congested and unpeaceful.
This state of inner turbulence is very common in our hectic modern world, but there is a solution. Buddha revealed special meditations that dissolve the turbulence and negativities away. On this course we will learn these meditations and make our inner mental space like a clear blue sky, the nature of peace. Learn the essential techniques for decluttering your mind, and fulfil your wishes for a focused and happy mind.
Suitable for beginners and advanced. Everybody is welcome

What to expect at a class:
These classes are based on Buddha’s teachings on the mind, but you do not need to be a Buddhist to attend or to benefit from them. There is no physical exercise involved and you can choose to sit either in a chair or on a cushion.
These classes are suitable for all levels of experience.
